The Institute for Women Of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW) leads an industry alliance counting close to 10,000 industry professionals and enthusiasts plus nearly 600 Certified Women Friendly organizations coming from all sectors of the industry in 44 countries on 5 continents. The group is dedicated to fostering gender balance in the air and space industry through outreach, education, and advocacy.
Members of the iWOAW alliance are proven gender balance advocates. To join the group, individuals and for-profit and not-for-profit corporations must document their tangible actions to improve gender balance in the air and space industry.
Join as an individual
Join more than 10,000 industry professionals and enthusiasts from 44 countries on 5 continents. To become an iWOAW ally as an individual, be a gender balance advocate during Women Of Aviation Worldwide Week. Plan an activity to raise awareness and/or introduce women and girls to the air and space industry during the Week and report it! That’s it. There is no membership to buy. Your actions are your contributing support to the alliance.
